Englewood – Shooting April 18, 2019

On Thursday, 4/18/2019, at approximately 9:58 PM, officers responded to Mattlage Place Englewood pursuant to numerous 911 calls of shots fired.

Additional calls indicated that a female victim (33-year-old) was shot in the foot.

Upon arrival, officers attended to the victim who was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center with what appeared to be non-life-threatening wounds to her feet.

Though this incident occurred last night, it is, as you can imagine, a fluid situation which is actively being investigated. The suspect is at this time unknown, but we are pursuing several investigative avenues.
